Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish with Citrus & Ginger

This blueberry cream cheese danish balances bright fruit, creamy filling, and buttery pastry layers into something that feels both nostalgic and slightly elevated. The blueberry filling is lightly sweetened and enhanced with citrus, fresh ginger, honey, and a tiny splash of balsamic for depth.

Paired with a tangy vanilla cream cheese filling and flaky pastry dough, the result lands somewhere between a classic bakery danish and a spring brunch pastry. These work beautifully as smaller individual danishes, braided pastries, or a dramatic oversized centerpiece bake.
